Legal advice needed for one off project
We need advice and assistance in recovering some money from a person who raised funds in our name, however, has not banked the proceeds.
We are looking for a kind solicitor/lawyer to facilitate this for us asap - within April if possible.
We are MND NSW - Motor Neurone Disease NSW.
We are a not for profit organisation – receiving only 15% of our funding from the Government. The other 85% we must raise ourselves so we can continue to support people living with MND.
We, at MND NSW, support our members on their journey whilst living with MND. We provide information, education, equipment, assistance in navigating the health system and NDIS (for those that qualify) and more. We support not only our members, those living with MND, but their families, friends, care givers and health professionals with information, education, support groups and more.
Motor neurone disease (MND) is the name given to a group of diseases in which the nerve cells - neurones - controlling the muscles that enable us to move, speak, breathe and swallow; undergo degeneration and die. It is fatal. There is currently no cure.
