Inbound Marketing Volunteer - Existing Campaign

PRIMARY PURPOSE

On top of the crisis of facing childhood cancer, families across Australia are now experiencing the crisis of COVID-19. Parents are telling us they’re overwhelmed by concern for the health of their vulnerable and immuno-compromised child, alongside being hit with job losses and business closures when they can least afford it financially and emotionally.
 
Your volunteer support would drastically improve the performance of Redkite's partnership development activities, donor engagement and future promotional campaigns.
 
DURATION AND LOCATION OF ROLE
We are looking for a volunteer able to commit to a 4 hour upfront virtual session, plus 1 hour per month for 6 months. This role can be undertaken remotely.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a skilled volunteer you will work with Redkite's Marketing Team on improving Redkite's existing donor-engagement campaign:
  • Understanding and drawing insights from the performance through
  • Help interpret the results after the changes have been made
  • Guidance on further optimisations
  • Explaining the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of your guidance to help up-skill the team
You will be provided with:
  • Opportunity to develop your learning in the NFP industry in an encouraging work environment
  • Ongoing support from allocated supervisor and Volunteer Coordinator

EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this role the following is desired:
  • Designing and optimising inbound, nurture and engagement marketing campaigns in a B2B setting
  • Using Pardot (desirable)
 
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
To be considered for this volunteer role you must:
  • Be 18 or over
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Ensure confidentiality of clients’ personal information
  • Have a commitment to acquiring necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to best support the team
  • A willingness to act in accordance with both Redkite organisational volunteer policies, procedures, code of conduct and relevant legislative requirements (these will be provided)
