Business development, modelling and change manager

We are a large charity looking to pivot our business structure from 20-30% telecare model to a 90% telecare model.

Covid-19 has consequentially suspended our face to face services to regional children and families. We are aiming to provide more resilient service delivery models to reach more children more effectively. 

We need assistance in this re-structure to also include a B2C over B2B model and a fee for service payment structure.
