The Perkins uses hundreds of pipette tips every day, both in day-to-day basic science experiments, as well as by students in our education outreach laboratory, the Lotterywest BioDiscovery Centre. These tips are used on the end of research grade pipettes and allow for very accurate measurements of small volumes of liquid.
