Specialist support for people with acquired brain injury
$ 10.00
Your regular gift of $10 - $25 will help us to provide specialist support for people with acquired brain injury.

People with acquired brain injury sometimes struggle to communicate. Support workers can find it almost impossible to understand what it is that triggers behaviours that can be distressing for the person with the ABI and for the people with whom they live.

The Tipping Foundation is working with the leading neuropsycholoogist and occupational therapy team at Sue Sloan and Associates in a whole of household approach to helping people with ABI to overcome these challenges.

The project has been wonderfully successful, not only in helping individual people and households, but also in training support workers to be able to recognise triggers and develop strategies to overcome problems as they arise.

We need your help to be able to make this specialist intervention available to everyone who needs it.

Your generous gift of $10 to $25 will be used to provide specialist support and training to help people with ABI and complex disabilities, and the people with whom they share a home, to achieve their individual goals and to live well together.
