Conservation Volunteers New Zealand
Conservation Volunteers New Zealand is a leader in practical conservation volunteering throughout New Zealand. Established in 2006, CVNZ produces real and measurable results for our environment and provides thousands of volunteers with the opportunity to donate their time to practical conservation every year. In the last year alone we facilitated over 30,000 volunteer days. Our programs include large scale tree planting; predator control; seed collection; weed control; wildlife surveys and habitat restoration; building tracks and trails, and heritage restoration projects. While each of these programs delivers tangible environmental outcomes, they simultaneously improve the health and wellbeing of participating individuals and the broader community.
